Hosted in Telluride
brand development | UI/UX | website design
When two vacation rental and property management companies merged to form Hosted in Telluride, they needed a brand identity that captured the essence of their premium service and stunning mountain locale.
Our team was tasked with building this brand from scratch, and I played a key role in shaping its visual identity. From designing the logo to developing a cohesive brand system, I ensured that every touchpoint—from the brand book to the website—reflected the company’s refined yet welcoming personality.

Project Duration: Brand- 6 months (December 2024 - April 2025)
When it came time to bring the brand into the digital space, I collaborated with a content writer on our team to design and develop the website, serving as the UX and web designer.

Concepting an onboarding experience
To capture the personalized, welcoming experience of booking with owners Keith and Lee, we created an onboarding animation that embodies the essence of being "hosted"—the warmth of being welcomed into a space, the immediate sense of comfort, and the infectious excitement of a host eager to share their cherished home.
Here is the initial storyboard for the onboarding animation, followed by a playthrough of the final product.

Card-based exploration
We had a clear goal: to transform the way users discover and plan their experiences in Telluride when they stay with Hosted. Rather than a static list or blog-style format, we wanted to build a dynamic, interactive experience where users could actively explore, curate their own adventures, and save ideas for later. This led to the concept of Explore Cards — modular content blocks that highlight activities, places, and events around Telluride.

*Hosted in Telluride is still in the process of web development. Linked below is a Figma high-fidelity prototype showcasing the layout and content that will eventually be live.
