Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce (MWVCC) is home to the largest driver of tourism in New Hampshire. As the Chamber’s primary revenue stream is membership-based, showing the value of the organization was critical to its continued success and growth.
The Nature of it is (Brand Awareness Campaign)
I led the art direction for photoshoots and the design of the new brand awareness campaign for MWVCC.
“The Nature of it is…” campaign invited audiences to complete the phrase with familiar emotions and experiences one feels when visiting the Valley. It was crafted to grab attention and spark recognition, driving awareness of the Chamber, its resources, and ultimately, website traffic.
We showcased the Valley’s dining, shopping, adventure, events, and lodging through diverse formats, including print, out-of-home (OOH), and paid digital ads. The campaign was further amplified by organic social content and paid digital efforts, with organic posts spotlighting local businesses and the unique experiences they offer visitors.
Results 
The Chamber’s website traffic surpassed 2021, 2022 and 2023. The campaign, now in its second year, continues to be praised by the community and members of the Chamber. Social media metrics also surpassed previous years and saw more engagement from members than ever.
Ultimately, the Chamber’s crown jewel achievement was earned with North Conway reclaiming Best Ski Town in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards for the first time since 2018.
